Will Russell to serve as President of the South Carolina Captive Insurance Association – 2021 Board of Directors

William A. Russell III, a partner with the Charleston-based accounting and business advisory firm of Jarrard Nowell & Russell LLC, has been elected president of the South Carolina Captive Insurance Association board.
Russell has over fifteen years of experience in corporate financial management and captive insurance company management. Will began his career as assistant treasurer for Charleston-based Cameron & Barkley Company and has served as director of treasury and risk management for Hagemeyer North American, Inc. Previously he served as assistant vice president with Marsh Management Services, Inc. (a division of Marsh & McLennan).
His experience includes the design and implementation of treasury systems, alternative financing structures and cash flow modeling. He also has worked in the captive management industry where he was responsible for managing over 30 clients with assets in excess of $500 million.
