Will Schenk joins Colliers | South Carolina as Market Analyst

In this role, Schenk’s responsibilities include the collection and interpretation of commercial real estate market data as well as periodic reporting of key research insights for the state of South Carolina. He will produce and distribute over 65 Colliers market reports per year for various property types including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, construction and parking. Schenk will also run point on creating custom research packages for brokers and their clients as well as initiatives related to the expansion of Colliers’ corporate services and advisory offerings.

Prior to joining Colliers, Schenk was a Strategic Project Manager and helped publish an annual regional competitiveness report that advocated for policies to advance growth of the greater Columbia area. He also spent time as a Digital Account Manager where he generated business and managed accounts in the digital branding, lead generation and marketing space.
Schenk holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Environmental and Natural Resources from Clemson University.
