Will Sherrod, CCIM of NAI Charleston facilitates two net leased investment sales

Will Sherrod, CCIM, of NAI Charleston, facilitated two single tenant net leased deals in recent weeks.

Sherrod represented the buyer of the Firehouse subs building located at 890 US 401 Bypass in Laurinburg, NC. The buyer was JHLC Properties, LLC and will be an asset of the regional operator of the Firehouse Subs brand. The seller was RZ Laurinburg, LLC, who was represented by Will Choate of New South Properties. The building was sold for $1,500,000.

“I always enjoy representing long term clients in the acquisition of an asset that has multiple benefits,” stated Sherrod. “The buyer is establishing a real estate asset on top of a business opportunity created for the latest Firehouse Subs in the Southeastern NC market.”

Sherrod represented the sellers of 7351 Rivers Avenue in N. Charleston in the sale of an unsubordinated ground lease property that has Verizon Wireless as a tenant. This buyer entity was represented by Benjy Cooke with Oswald Cooke & Associates. The sellers were Harvey and Barbara McCormick, and the property sold for $1,680,000.
