William DiMaggio Joins Coldwell Banker United, Realtors Hood Team

IRMO, SC – The Hood Team of Coldwell Banker United, Realtors in Irmo, SC welcomed William DiMaggio. William brings a fresh and enthusiastic attitude to the existing team of stellar sales associates Danny and Karen Hood.
William grew up in the exceptional real estate family of Karen and Danny Hood. He is specializing in the local real estate market and possesses a thorough knowledge and understanding of the most modern technology available to the real estate industry. He is a 2003 graduate of Dutch Fork High School and 2008 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where he received a B.S. in Emergency Medical Care and an A.S. in Paramedicine. A licensed Paramedic, William previously worked for Madison County, Kentucky EMS, Lexington County, South Carolina EMS and in the Safety Department Units 2 and 3 of the VC Summer Nuclear Plant.

William DiMaggio is a 2014 graduate of the Real Estate School for Success, amember of the Central Carolina Realtors Association.member of the South Carolina Realtors Association and a member of the National Association of Realtors. With an extensive knowledge of the Columbia area and its real estate inventory, his concentration is giving exceptional service as a Buyer’s Agent for the Hood Team.

William DiMaggio is married to Jessie DiMaggio with a 1.5-year-old daughter, Abigail. The couple is expecting another child. The family lives in the St. Andrews area and is active in Shandon Baptist Church.
