William Means Broker-in-Charge Part of Christie’s Real Estate Advisory Board
November 3, 2014CHARLESTON, SC – Helen Geer, broker-in-charge at William Means Real Estate, recently attended an Advisory Board meeting for Christie’s International Real Estate. Geer and fellow board members discussed 2015 international marketing initiatives and strategy for CIRE. Geer has been a member of the Advisory Board since 2006.
The meeting, which took place at Christie’s International Real Estate New York headquarters in Rockefeller Center, was held in conjunction with training for new CIRE affiliate companies. Geer and members of the Advisory Board met with new affiliate members for a Q&A session and a meet and greet. Affiliates from around the world were introduced to available marketing tools while also learning about the growth of Christie’s International Real Estate’s global network and ongoing efforts to enhance integration with Christie’s auction house.
Christie’s International Real Estate is an invitation-only affiliate network composed of the world’s most proven and qualified real estate specialists in the luxury residential sector. In 1997, William Means Real Estate became an exclusive affiliate of CIRE.
“The resources Williams Means has access to through our Christie’s International Real Estate affiliation has truly allowed us to better represent Charleston’s luxury home market,” Geer said. “So it’s exciting for me to be part of training new affiliates and introducing them to CIRE brand, network and marketing assets because I know it will greatly enhance their real estate firms.”
New affiliates to the Christie’s International Real Estate network are Barnbrook Realty in the Berkshire mountains of Massachusetts; Avantgarde Properties in Vienna, Austria; Moreland Properties in Austin, Texas; Newport Realty in Victoria, British Columbia; Regal Real Estate in Orlando, Fla; Riviera Realty, a new brokerage in Manhattan Beach, Calif.; and Panama Premier Estates, a new company in Panama.
