William Means Real Estate team expands with new agent
November 4, 2021Kaelin Hall, recently named a “Rising Star” in Charleston real estate, has joined William Means Real Estate, one of the most established firms in Charleston. Hall grew up just outside of the District of Columbia and has an inherent love for historic properties and architecture. She attended Washington and Lee University and graduated with honors, receiving degrees in business and philosophy.
“The Charleston luxury real estate market is ever-changing and William Means agents are always at the forefront,” said Lyles Geer, President and Broker-in-Charge for William Means Real Estate. “Kaelin’s ability to adapt and be strategic is key to working with her clients. She is a great addition to the team, bringing experience living and working in New York City and London.”
In 2017, Hall decided to plant her roots in Charleston after feeling the pull of the Lowcountry’s charm. Her background in international strategy and operations with the world’s largest asset manager enables her to navigate the most complex real estate transactions. She has broad knowledge of downtown, Mount Pleasant and the surrounding islands.
“I grew up in the real estate world, seeing my family work and develop bonds with clients,” said Hall. “Communication, attention to detail, and follow through were instilled in me at an early age. From the first showing to the closing table, I’m involved at every step in the process to make the buying and selling process as seamless as possible. Along with keeping the many moving parts of a transaction on track, clients have said that my ability to research and find out everything I can about a property creates a real sense of confidence in their purchase.”
Hall currently resides in downtown Charleston with her husband. She can be contacted at 843-779-6116 or [email protected]. Read more about the William Means Real Estate team.
