Wilson Associates adds Alexis Furman to growing roster of market-leading agents
October 23, 2023Wilson Associates, one of Greenville’s largest independent real estate firms, recently added top-producing agent Alexis Furman to its service focused team of real estate pros. Furman is one of the market’s rising stars, with deep community ties and a track record of client advocacy.
Furman comes to Wilson from a local luxury real estate firm, where she was named to the Chairman’s Circle, based on her sales volume. In her seven years in the real estate business, she has become a consistent top performer by truly understanding the market and tirelessly advocating for her clients. She has earned a reputation as a skilled negotiator, maximizing the value of clients’ investments, connecting them to community resources and opportunities, and advising them on design trends and desired features.
While she has experience buying and selling houses at all price points and from/for all sellers and buyers, as a self-professed history nerd and a young mother, she has a particular passion for old houses and young couples just starting their lives and families. She thrills in showcasing the craftsmanship and unique character older homes offer, researching their stories, and helping to bring them back to full life. She also brings in-depth knowledge of many of the most desirable areas of the city, having grown up in the Parkins Mill area and lived off Augusta Road for several years.
“Alexis Furman is one of the most admired, trusted and well-liked agents in the Greenville area,” noted Wilson Associates Co-founder and Broker-in-Charge Sharon Wilson. “She knows this area and this community inside and out, and her experience, professionalism, relationships and advocacy make her the type of agent people seek out time and again. We are thrilled to welcome her to the Wilson Associates team.”
Furman’s community ties and involvement run deep. She is a proud graduate of Christ Church Episcopal School, where she served as a member of the alumni board for more than five years, and of Clemson University, where she is involved with the Young Alumni group. She and her husband, Robert, who is also a Greenville native and Christ Church and Clemson alumnus, live in a renovated bungalow with their one year old son, James, and beloved golden doodle, Blue. Furman attends Grace Church and is active in Radiance Bible Study and The Goddard School’s parent group.
