Wilson Associates Real Estate announced that Ashley Steigerwald is to serve as Council Vice President

“Wilson Associates Real Estate announced that our very own, Ashley Steigerwald, has been selected to serve as Council Vice President and will be presented the Silver Beaver Award by the Blue Ridge Council, Boy Scouts of America. The Silver Beaver Award is the highest award a local council can present to an adult volunteer of the Boy Scouts of America. The award is presented only to volunteers who have made outstanding contributions to the Scouting program.

Ashley attended Florida International University in Miami and Simmons College in Boston, MA where she began dating her future husband, Dr. William R. Steigerwald, Jr., at an optometry event aptly named the “EyeBall.” Together they have three sons, William III (13) – Star Scout, John (8) Bear Scout, and Matthew (6) Tiger Scout. For Ashley, her husband, and their children, scouting is a family vocation and a ministry.
