WREN beneficiary of new Fitness Fueled Fundraiser series – September 1 – October 9

August 31, 2017

A series of fitness classes will commence this weekend to benefit the Women’s Rights and Empowerment Network (WREN).

Fit Columbia, a versatile fitness center and yoga studio in the Five Points District of Columbia, SC, has brought together 19 women trainers across Columbia for a Fitness Fueled Fundraising series. With eighteen classes in total from September to October, community members have the opportunity to engage in unique workouts where one hundred percent of proceeds go towards strengthening the impact of WREN.

From Hip Hop Cardio to Kickboxing, participants will learn new health and fitness skills while also getting an opportunity to win free WREN gear, including a t-shirt that will be given to all attendees who participate in at least four sessions.  The series will culminate with a garden party and check presentation at Fit Columbia on Oct. 19 at 6 p.m.
