Wyche adds standout associates Stephen Atkinson and Hayden Cox to its Corporate Practice Group

Stephen Atkinson focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, and assists businesses with general corporate matters, including the preparation of governing documents and the negotiation of commercial contracts. He has extensive experience representing commercial banks in syndicated and bilateral lending transactions, especially asset-based financing for commodities traders. Atkinson is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He is also a summa cum laude graduate of Columbia International University.

Hayden Cox focuses his practice on general corporate matters, including supporting founders, startups, and emerging growth companies from formation through exit. Before joining Wyche, Cox practiced at a large international firm, where he represented founders and investors, along with engaging deeply in pro bono work. He is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and Furman University; he competed on the latter’s nationally ranked Cross Country and Track & Field teams.
