Yeargin Potter Smith expands project management team

GREENVILLE, SC –  Yeargin Potter Smith welcomes Matthew Reeves and Roddey Jordan as project managers. Both Reeves and Jordan possess significant prior experience with projects in the Southeast that will make them great additions to YPS.

“We are very pleased to add Matthew and Roddey to our team,” said Sam Smith, executive vice president of Yeargin Potter Smith. “Their experience will be a tremendous asset to our team and partners as we continue to be involved with significant multi-family projects like Stone + Main and LINK West End.”

Reeves (pictured, left) comes to Yeargin Potter Smith as an Assistant Project Manager. Prior to YPS, Reeves served as a project engineer for the Hartsfield-Jackson Airport Concourse T Optimization in Atlanta, Ga. He also served as a project engineer for 23Hundred Berryhill in Nashville, Tenn.

“I am excited to join the Yeargin Potter Smith team. YPS’s reputation for superior quality and timeliness is outstanding,” said Reeves. “Greenville is growing rapidly, and I look forward to working on some of the premier residential projects in downtown Greenville.”

Prior to joining Yeargin Potter Smith as Project Manager, Jordan (pictured, right) served as a project manager for Johnson Development, Inc. in Spartanburg, S.C. Jordan’s responsibilities included managing the Haven at Midtown in Mount Pleasant, S.C. as well as the Stonefield Commons in Charlottesville, Va. In addition to his construction background, Jordan earned a Masters in Real Estate Development from Clemson University.

Reeves and Jordan both received bachelor’s degrees in construction science and management from Clemson University and live in Greenville, S.C.
