Zack Young joins LCK as Project Manager in Columbia office

LCK announces that Zack Young has joined its project management team in the Columbia office as Project Manager.

Young will fulfill the role of owner’s representative for assigned LCK projects with an initial focus on preconstruction and project planning activities. His experience in development of mixed-use and resort properties will be a valuable asset as he works alongside LCK team members and clients to execute projects in the municipal and private sector arenas. His keen analytical skills and background in coordination of entitlement activities will play a vital role as new developments kick off and progress through feasibility stages to construction.

Young most recently worked for a real estate development and project management firm in Charlotte specializing in land acquisition and planning for medical facilities, mixed-use development and a golf course.
