“We’re very glad to see a global technology leader like ZF continuing to invest in South Carolina,” said William Floyd, Executive Director of the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce. “This expansion not only brings more quality jobs to the Upstate but also reinforces how the talent and dedication of our workforce are helping to attract world-class employers and drive growth across the region.”
Construction is scheduled to begin immediately following the groundbreaking, with completion targeted for Spring 2026. The Gray Court facility currently produces propulsion systems for the passenger car and commercial vehicle segments and will integrate the expanded logistics function directly into its existing operations.
This expansion reflects ZF’s broader strategy to localize supply chains, support sustainability goals, and strengthen its North American manufacturing footprint across all the industries it serves.
