Ziff Properties acquires Knoxville property for storage conversion

Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the acquisition of the former US Golf & Tennis Center located in Farragut, TN (Knoxville MSA). The 6.02 acre parcel of land will be redeveloped into a Class A self-storage facility with 65,000-square-feet of climate and non-climate controlled units. ExtraSpace Storage will manage the self-storage asset, which is close to the Turkey Creek development and has Interstate 40 access and visibility.
Chief Operating Officer and Director of Acquisitions, Christian Chamblee says, “With the nearby residential growth, we believe this storage facility will be well received and look forward to fulfilling the storage needs of the Farragut community.”
