Ziff Properties acquires neighborhood shopping center

Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the acquisition of the 56,640-square-foot Burnt Hickory Village retail center located in Marietta, GA (Atlanta MSA). The property was purchased for $8.65 million. Robby Pfeiffer of Marcus & Millichap facilitated the transaction.
Chief Operating Officer and Director of Acquisitions, Christian Chamblee says, “This investment is squarely within our acquisition criteria; it has a strong neighborhood location and good demographics.”
