Ziff Properties acquires Promenade at Jones Bridge – Alpharetta, GA

Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the acquisition of Promenade at Jones Bridge, a 38,312-square-foot retail center located in Alpharetta, GA (Atlanta MSA). The property was purchased for $4.825 million. Jack Haden with NAI facilitated the transaction.
