Ziff Properties acquires Taylors Storage – Taylors, SC

Ziff Properties, Inc. announced the acquisition of Taylors Storage located in Taylors, SC (Greenville MSA). The property is 43,000-square-feet on 12 acres. The facility and the business were purchased for a combined $3.5 million.
Ziff plans to renovate and expand the facility, which currently contains only climate controlled units, by adding 25,250-square-feet consisting of 265 non-climate controlled units.
Chief Operating Officer and Director of Acquisitions, Christian Chamblee says, “Taylors Storage is an exciting addition to our rapidly expanding storage portfolio. The nearby established neighborhoods, industrial growth and storage demand made this acquisition an attractive investment.”
