MOUNT PLEASANT, SC –Ziff Properties, Inc. announced the seventeen successful property transactions of 2014.  The properties include retail, flex, warehouse, office and self-storage space.

Acquisition transactions include Terraces at University Place (Charlotte, North Carolina), Shoppes at Seven Hills (Dallas, Georgia), Ashley Self-Storage and Shops at River Market (Charleston, South Carolina), Decker Village (Columbia, South Carolina) and East Brainerd Shopping Center (Chattanooga, Tennessee).

Disposition transactions include Berwick Marketplace (Savannah, Georgia), The Murchison Building (Wilmington, North Carolina), The Marketplace at Southern Shores (Southern Shores, North Carolina), Dollar Tree Development Parcel (Raleigh, North Carolina), Franklin Shopping Center (Lenoir City, Tennessee), StoreSmart Self-Storage (Chicago Heights, Illinois), Arcade Square, Rubin Business Center II, Maplecrest Industrial Park and Coffey Creek (Charlotte, North Carolina) and Smith Creek Center (Wilmington, NC).
