Ziff Properties Completes Five Portfolio Transactions

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC – Ziff Properties, Inc. announced the transaction completion of five Southeast properties. East Brainerd Shopping Center was acquired while Arcade Square, Coffey Creek, Rubin Business Center II and Smith Creek Center were sold. Ziff Properties was self-represented by COO & Director of Acquisitions Christian Chamblee for all transactions.

Chamblee said, “Ziff Properties has had to an extraordinary start to 2015.  Our acquisitions team is continuing to shift focus toward neighborhood retail and Class A self-storage properties.  Our recent transactions show more movement in that direction.”
