Ziff Properties sells Colonnade at White Knoll

Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the off-market disposition of Colonnade at White Knoll, a 22,466-square-foot retail center, located in Lexington, SC for $4.32 million to a North Carolina 1031 exchange buyer. Berkeley Capital represented Ziff Properties in the transaction.
