Ziff Properties sells Lexington Towne Centre – Lexington, SC

Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the disposition of Lexington Towne Centre, a 131,809-square-foot retail center located in Lexington (Columbia), SC. The property sold for $12.575 million to a private buyer out of New York. Berkeley Capital and The Palomar Group represented Ziff Properties in the transaction.
Chief Operating Officer and Director of Acquisitions, Christian Chamblee says, “While we are extremely pleased with the sale of this asset, it places further importance on the need for acquisitions in the arenas of self-storage, small-bay warehouse, and retail. We will protect any brokers or finders who submit assets to us for acquisition.”
