Ziff Properties sells Shoppes at Seven Hills

DALLAS, GA – Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the disposition of the Shoppes at Seven Hills, a 17,930-square-foot CVS-anchored strip center located in Dallas, GA. The property sold to an Atlanta-based buyer. Zachary Taylor of Marcus & Millichap represented Ziff Properties in the transaction.
