NAI Charleston brings David Skinner Antiques to 19 Warren Street

NAI Charleston announced Broker/Partner Dexter Rumsey and Associate Reeves Major facilitated a lease for David Skinner Antiques at 19 Warren Street in downtown Charleston, SC. NAI Charleston represented the landlord, T W Investments, and the tenant in this transaction.
David Skinner Antiques currently operates at 125 King Street and this new location will be its second on the peninsula. The ±3,800-square-foot warehouse building will primarily serve as storage space, but an additional retail component is anticipated.
