NAI Charleston announced the sale of a ±2.4-acre lot on Sigma Drive in Summerville, South Carolina. Partners Thomas Boulware, CCIM and Dexter Rumsey represented the seller, WestRock, in the transaction. Extra Attic, LLC purchased the property with plans to develop self-storage. The new development will be located near the Nexton Interchange and the planned retail adjoining the Nexton Parkway.
