Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head Island hires new trainer

Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head Island (HHIMLS) announces the hiring of Ginette Lee as its new training and development manager. Lee is responsible for conducting, maintaining, creating, and implementing training programs for members and staff.
HHIMLS facilitates $3 billion in real estate transactions annually. It helps the home buying and selling process by keeping inventory, real-time statistics, and tracking trends. It also uses the most advanced platforms to make the process smooth and simple, for both buyers and sellers. HHIMLS also conducts member recruiting, provides member training, and oversees a fully web-based core database, as well as a variety of other services agents need to be successful.
Lee comes from Caraustar Industries in the Upstate of South Carolina, where she held multiple roles that included training and development of 13 newly acquired facilities across the country. She also handled human resources for the company, where she was responsible for hiring, benefits, and employee relations.
“HHIMLS spends a lot of time training members on the latest technology and we had to have just the right person to handle that scope of work,” said Colette Stevenson, chief executive officer of HHIMLS. “Ginette has training experience. But more than that, she has the energy and the personality to engage our members.”
Lee is a graduate of Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, N.Y. She’s married to Aaron Lee and they have two teenage daughters, Mackenzie and Madelyn.
