WCM Global Wealth, LLC welcomes new Director of Real Estate and Chief Financial Officer to its growing team

WCM Global Wealth, LLC, a diversified financial services company that provides a wide array of financial products and services as a registered investment adviser, expands its real estate and financial departments with two new additions, Todd Hardaway and Michael Hronchek.
Todd Hardaway, WCM Global Wealth, LLC’s newest Director of Real Estate, has more than 20 years of experience working in every aspect of both the real estate and development industry. Prior to joining WCM Global Wealth, LLC, Todd served as vice president and broker in charge for Central Realty Holdings, LLC. In this position, he was responsible for leasing, property management, acquisitions, new business development, underwriting and dispositions for a diverse list of clients including Chick Fil-A, Menchie’s, Earth Fare, Bank of America, South State Bank, Home Depot, Spinx and the UPS Store. Todd is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Honors College where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Management.
The firm’s newest Chief Financial Officer, Michael Hronchek, has more than 25 years of diverse experience with growing middle-market companies through long-term strategic planning and communication of key business issues, drivers, plans and results to senior employees, Board of Directors and outside stakeholders. Prior to joining WCM Global Wealth, LLC, Michael served as CFO for several private companies ranging from $30 million to $250 million in revenue. Before his operating roles as CFO, Michael was Managing Director of a regional investment banking firm where he advised closely‐held and middle‐market companies and their management teams on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, structured financings and ESOPs. He has served clients in numerous industries including technology, manufacturing, business services, and healthcare. Michael received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and his Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
