NAI Avant closes ±48,000 square foot building in Faber Place Executive Park, North Charleston

NAI Avant announced the investment sale of 4221 Faber Place Drive in North Charleston. NAI Avant senior broker Dexter Rumsey represented the buyer, JEMA I, LLC in the transaction. The seller, The Medical University of SC Foundation, was represented by Charlie Carmody of CBRE.

4221 Faber Place Drive is a ±48,000 square foot (SF) Class A pharmaceutical manufacturing and testing facility in the Faber Place Executive Park. The building sold for $11.3 million, and is under a long-term lease by a pharmaceutical testing company.

Faber Place Executive Park is a 15-building suburban office park off of I-526 in North Charleston, and is the largest suburban office park in the Charleston MSA.
