ROI Commercial assists in expansion of Burriss and Ridgeway Law Firm

ROI Commercial, LLC, Principal and Broker, Sherri C. Burriss, recently completed an assignment for Burriss and Ridgeway Law Firm to acquire new offices and dispose of their current locations as they expand the firm’s operations in Columbia.
The new 6,000 square foot office space at 820 Gracern Road, Columbia SC, was acquired by Bentley Holdings, LLC and recently renovated to suit the law firms needs. In addition, ROI Commercial managed the disposition of their previous offices in Columbia and Lexington and helped managed the transition.
Burriss represented the Buyer in the transaction.
