ROI Commercial, LLC, Principal and Broker, Sherri C. Burriss, sold an office building at 907 Elmwood Avenue, Columbia SC. The building sold for $240,500 and is approximately 1600 square feet. The current tenant, Burriss and Ridgeway Law Firm, recently expanded offices and moved to their newly renovated location at 820 Gracern Road.
