Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage dance event raises $40,000 for Epworth Children’s Home

In the second annual event, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage hosted a dance competition with professional performers and sales associates affiliated with the brokerage. Proceeds, this year totaling $40,000, were presented to Epworth Children’s Home. Elite Ballroom Academy provided the dance partners for the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales associates, forming 11 pairs.
Led by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage CARES Chairman Craig Winesett, the sold-out event took place at the Harbison Theater with over 350 in attendance. Hosted by Dawndy Mercer Plank from WISTV, the pairs competed for Dancing Champion and Fundraising Champion with runners-up in both categories. Dancing Champion was awarded to Adam Spires, a real estate agent with the company’s Lexington office and his partner Eleonora Riccardi, a performer with Elite Ballroom Academy. Fundraising Champion was presented to Jennifer Feliciano, a real estate agent with the company’s Northeast ll office and her partner Silvo Antonio Anselmi with Elite Ballroom Academy.
Following the event, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Elite Ballroom Academy presented Epworth Children’s Home with a check for $40,000. Epworth Children’s Home was selected for the organization’s commitment to comprehensive care for at-risk children. The non-profit provides group residential care, child care, counseling and related services for children and youth from South Carolina.
