Cypress adds new development associate Tyler Baldwin III

Cypress Commercial and Investment Real Estate, a Columbia-based firm serving the Southeast, announced the addition of Tyler Baldwin III to its team.

Baldwin, a native of South Carolina, has worked as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking and Investment Group in New York City. He holds bachelor’s degrees in both economics and history from Vanderbilt University and recently earned a master’s degree in real estate and strategy from Vanderbilt University’s Owen School of Management.

Baldwin joins the team as a Development Associate. He will be responsible for helping the firm continue its growth in single tenant retail development while pursuing other small box development options and value-add investment opportunities in the Southeast.

As Cypress continues to emerge as one of the top boutique investment firms in the Southeast, the addition of Baldwin is part of its strategy for growth.
