Jason Luther Becomes a General Counsel for State Agency
The South Carolina Department of Revenue has hired Jason P. Luther as General Counsel for Litigation.
Luther had been practicing civil defense an associate with Murphy & Grantland since 2012.
“We’ll miss Jason and his outstanding work for our clients,” said shareholder Ron Diegel. “But, we applaud him for answering the call to serve the tax payers of our great state.”
Prior to joining M&G, Jason Luther was a clerk for the Honorable Dennis W. Shedd of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Luther earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
