New climate controlled self-storage facility breaks ground in North Charleston

Miller-Valentine Group, a design/build construction and development company, and Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic, based in Charleston, SC have teamed up to develop a new climate controlled self-storage facility conveniently located in North Charleston, South Carolina at the intersection of North Rhett Ave and Sumner Ave. The three-story 90,000 SF building features units that range in size from 5’x5’ to 10’x30’, commercial-grade climate control systems, and state-of-the-art security systems.
