Bauknight Pietras & Stormer is thrilled to be named one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina for the second consecutive year. This annual program was created by SC Biz News in partnership with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group.
This survey-and-awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor employers benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. The two-pronged program first evaluates a firm’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, then measures the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
The award underscores the firm’s mission to be the most admired accounting firm in our practice areas. We strive to support our team members professionally and personally within a culture of loyalty, motivation and integrity founded on mutual respect, all in a results-driven environment.
The rankings of 70 companies will be announced at a reception and dinner presented by Colonial Life on August 3, 2017, and published in the August issue of SCBIZ magazine.
