NAI Avant fee develops new, ground-up Fresenius Medical Care

NAI Avant announced the completion of the high quality, medical build to suit for Fresenius Medical Care, located at 150 Park Central Drive.
This project is a new, approximately 14,378 square foot renal dialysis clinic providing in-patient dialysis and counseling. This medical facility utilizes a steel frame with wood trusses construction and a standing seam metal hip roof system (metal roof panels) on a concrete slab. The exterior is finished with a brick veneer and cementitious lap siding with pre-cast concrete and pre-finished aluminum accents.
This new clinic contains twenty (29) open dialysis stations and one (1) isolation station for a total of thirty (30) stations. Also, included are 6 training rooms, conference room, nocturnal treatments with space for 10 beds, conference room, waiting reception areas, administrative and counseling spaces, examination and staff support areas along with a large double drive-thru porte cochere.
Located in Park Central, the ±24 acre, master-planned office park is strategically located near the Palmetto Health Richland Campus, the University of South Carolina School of Medicine offices and Columbia’s Central Business District (CBD).
Fresenius Midtown is scheduled to open summer 2016.
