NAI Avant Procures ±12,000 SF Industrial Sale

NAI Avant senior broker Nick Stomski, SIOR and broker Lee Bussell, Jr. recently facilitated the sale of 107 Leventis Drive in Columbia. The ±12,000 SF industrial building was sold by East Side Land, LLC. Stomski and Bussell represented the buyer, Insulation by Cohen, LLC. Insulation by Cohen is a third generation, locally-owned, independent, family operated insulation company. Founded in South Carolina, they currently serve Charleston’s tri-county area, Savannah, Pawley’s Island, Myrtle Beach and Columbia. Products range from Spider Spray-in Custom Insulation, Formaldehyde-free fiber glass insulation and Sprayfoam insulation.
