Paul Hoefer elected shareholder

Robinson McFadden announced that Paul H. Hoefer has been elected as a shareholder of the Firm.

Paul focuses his practice in the areas of financial services, creditor’s rights, and commercial real estate. He routinely represents mortgage banks and lenders, equipment lease financers, and other financial entities, investors, and creditors in a variety of matters involving state and federal law. His litigation experience includes trial and appellate practice in South Carolina state courts.
Paul is the firm’s Young Lawyer Liaison to Meritas, an international alliance of over 7,000 attorneys. He currently serves on the Young Lawyer Advisory Board and has presented at the Meritas Annual Meeting. Paul is also active in the SC Bar Young Lawyer’s Division and served as Chair of the Division’s Backpack Drive from 2009 through 2014.
