• About the production
This hysterically funny, yet devious sci-fi hit musical, Little Shop of Horrors has been a favorite of theatregoers for more than 30 years. The meek floral assistant Seymour Krelborn comes across a new breed of plant he names Audrey II after his coworker crush, Audrey. However, this plant is actually a trash talking, R&B-singing, flesh-eating, conniving carnivorous plant! Over the course of the story, Krelborn finds out Audrey II’s intent to take over the world! One of the longest-running Off-Broadway shows, Little Shop Of Horrors is a charming tongue in cheek comedy that has been produced worldwide to incredible success.

“We are having so much fun bringing to life some of musical theatres’ favorite moments,” says FAC’s Director of Education and Theatre, Jami Steele. “Little Shop of Horrors has characters to love (and hate,)— rockin’ music and one terrifying botanical monster with soul— all brought to life by a terrific local cast. We encourage you to buy a ticket and join the fun!”

The cast includes Zack Gurley as the mild-mannered floral assistant Seymour; Kim Scott as his co-worker crush, Audrey; Cecilia Stevenson as Mushnik; Mike Fox as Orin; and Jay-Jay Harris as Audrey II (the plant.) The cast also includes Brianna Grant, Amanda Britt, Isi Rivera, Dorca Madrid, Caroline Webb, Kayla Jackson, Alyssa Coleman, Mardi Jordan, Ivan Harris, Cody Lovell, Chase Hastings, John Carrington, Harry Little, Nigel Grant, Heather Franklin, and Jessica Butel. Little Shop of Horrors is directed by Jami Steele, FAC Director of Education and Theatre.
