NAI Avant welcomes back John Criminger as Senior Property & Project Manager

COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant is pleased to announce the return of esteemed property manager John Criminger. John was a valued member of the NAI Avant team in the Property Management Division for seven years, beginning in 2007. During that time, his extensive property management portfolio consisted of retail, office and industrial properties.
Throughout his career, John has been known for his proactive, prompt response to property issues as well as having an excellent rapport with both owners and tenants.
John’s real estate experience includes a background in commercial appraisals, property management as well as construction in both residential and commercial real estate. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
