The Haro Group named to The Thousand

The Haro Group Keller Williams Historic District announced it landed on REAL Trends The Thousand for the second year in a row. Agents and teams named to that list are recognized as the top one-half of one percent of more than 1.3 million licensed real estate professionals nationwide.
The annual list names the top 250 designees in four categories: Individual Agent – Sales Volume; Individual Agent – Transaction Sides; Agent Team – Sales Volume and Agent Team – Transaction Sides.
In 2017, The Haro Group closed just under 472 transactions – 95th in the nation on The Thousand’s Agent Team – Transaction Sides list. The average real estate professional closed eight transactions in 2017. The average Haro Group agent closed 36 – different results that come from a different approach to real estate. “THG Agents close more than four times the amount of an average agent because of our specialist approach,” said The Haro Group Founder and CEO, Haro Setian. “We believe world-class skills come from each individual focusing in their respective area and becoming a subject matter expert. Only two other real estate teams in South Carolina made the Agent Team – Transaction Sides list. The Haro Group was the only Upstate team awarded that designation.

Rankings are compiled based on surveys from virtually every national branded network, state and local associations of Realtors®, multiple listing services, all applicants from past years’ rankings, and the 1,752 largest brokerage firms in the United States.
