Terrance Ford appointed to SCTAC Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the South Carolina Technology and Aviation Center (SCTAC) in Greenville, S.C. has appointed Terrance Ford as Board Member-At-Large.

Ford is the Regional Director of External Affairs for AT&T, overseeing economic development and community affairs activities of AT&T in 17 counties, including the upstate of South Carolina. An 18-year veteran of the communications industry, he has the technical background and knowledge to help SCTAC fulfill its mission of serving as the epicenter for international automotive, aviation and technology.

SCTAC Board Chair Liz Seman said, “Terrance’s big picture perspective will lend great support to our efforts to attract companies within our core sectors of automotive, aviation and technology. We are grateful for his leadership and look forward to working side-by-side with him.”

Ford, who lives in Greenville, also serves on the board of directors of many other local economic development and community organizations, including the Upstate South Carolina Alliance, Ten at the Top, the Urban League of the Upstate, and the United Way.
