Hydrick to present at Nexsen Pruet seminar

Woody Hydrick, managing principal of Global Location Strategies, will be a featured panelist at the Nexsen Pruet Economic Development Seminar in Columbia, S.C. Held Friday, March 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the seminar will focus on trends and strategies for successful economic development and business attraction throughout the Carolinas. More than 100 people are expected to attend from a diversity of professions, including local and state municipalities and economic development organizations; utilities, transportation and other logistics providers; educational institutions; and more.
Hydrick and his firm specialize in manufacturing and industrial site selection, and frequently advise economic development organizations on attracting and retaining business within that sector. He and fellow panelists will discuss trends occurring nationally and regionally, including Foreign Direct Investment, size and type of projects, and company priorities.
