Broad Insights earns Work Effects Certification

January 19, 2018

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Business strategy and coaching company, Broad Insights, recently earned a Work Effects’ Strategy Culture Alignment Certification.

This certification means that Broad Insights’ team of coaches can incorporate best practices and measurable tools to assess what might prevent strategy success for its clients’ planning. In addition, it helps them better manage the mix of cultures and identify what aspects of culture will most contribute to a new business’ success. The certification was awarded after Michael Stewart of Work Effects came to the Upstate late last year to work with the Broad Insights team personally. This is a rarity, as companies that seek certification typically travel to Work Effect’s headquarters in Minneapolis.

“The Work Effects certification is very important to the Broad Insights team,” said Jim Wiginton, Broad Insight’s President and Managing Partner. “As we grow and add more clients, we want to be able to give them the best tools and advice possible in order to succeed.”

Based out of Greenville, Broad Insights works with mid-sized companies that want to grow to the next level by formulating new ideas and strategies, Wiginton said. The company does this by talking to CEOs and presidents, who many times don’t have a peer to go to for advice. Broad Insights’ coaches offer clarity, objective advice, prioritized and manageable action steps, accountability, and encouragement.

“Whether you’re struggling with an insurmountable problem or just trying to improve your organization, a coach can help,” he said. “Coaches are an objective third party, so you don’t have to worry about revealing too much or maintaining a good image.”
