BANDWAGON names Holmes as COO

February 20, 2017

BANDWAGON, a sports technology and ticketing company that is changing the face of the college gameday experience, has named Samotria Holmes as chief operating officer.

Holmes joins BANDWAGON with ten years of sales and marketing experience. She most recently worked as a sales manager with Scansource, where she was responsible for a sales team that managed 300 accounts and over $100 million in revenue. Her experience growing revenue across multiple accounts and regions was a key factor in her hire.

As COO of BANDWAGON, Holmes will oversee operations and direct sales strategy for the company. Her duties include increasing consumer ticket sales opportunities, as well as pioneering the integration of gameday data into college football team and consumer brand marketing strategies.

“Samotria brings a proven track record of thinking globally, and then reaching and exceeding her objectives to meet her goals,” said Harold Hughes, BANDWAGON founder and CEO. “Her drive to succeed will help us take BANDWAGON to new heights, and we are excited to have her leading our team in 2017.”
