Bob Jones University receives million dollar gift

Bob Jones University President Steve Pettit announced the receipt of a $1 million unrestricted gift to BJU.
“As we continue to celebrate our ninetieth year, it’s encouraging to receive gifts to help the ministry at BJU,” said Pettit, “It’s especially gratifying when the gift comes from parents of recent graduates in appreciation for the education their children received while at BJU.”
The donation was received from an out-of-state couple who wish to remain anonymous.
This gift follows the recent announcement by BJU of $1.5 million given in two large gifts at the end of 2016 for the BJU Scholarship Fund.
