Priority One Security promotes Kelsey Reid

GREENVILLE, SC – Priority One Security, a privately owned and operated security integration company, recently promoted Kelsey Reid. Reid, who has been with Priority One Security for two years, will step into the newly created role of Account Manager in the customer service department. Prior to joining the Priority One Security team, Reid held similar customer support positions at Budweiser of Greenville and Francis Wholesale. He is a graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.
“Kelsey has been an asset to Priority One Security since he joined our team,” says Bill Francis, Jr., Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “This new position is will help Priority One Security address customer needs more effectively, and Reid was groomed to help us fill this need in our customer service department. In this new role, Reid will have a direct impact on customer retention and our overall customer experience.”
To better serve customers, Priority One Security created this new support position that would manage existing customers’ additions, contract renewals and transfers. Reid is tasked with providing specific attention to areas traditionally beyond typical customer service matters. His new position will also allow for more fieldwork and interpersonal contact between Priority One Security and customers.
