Avenue, downtown Greenville’s largest, most elegant private event rooftop venue at 110 East Court Street, developed and managed by Hughes Commercial Properties, has announced a new partnership with Table 301 Catering.

Table 301 Restaurant Group, the Upstate’s culinary empire founded by Carl Sobocinski, includes Soby’s New South Cuisine, The Lazy Goat, NOSE DIVE Gastropub, Passerelle Bistro, Papi’s Tacos, Highway 301 Food Truck, Southern Pressed Juicery, Jianna Modern Italian and Table 301 Catering & Kitchen. Sobocinski’s expertise, passion and philosophy is now being implemented in Avenue’s state-of-the-art kitchen.

The partnership confirms Avenue’s commitment to an impossibly high standard. With breathtaking views of downtown Greenville, an awe-inspiring interior, unparalleled service and meticulous attention to detail, guests also experience equally appealing cuisine. The unique menu options, extensive wine list and exceptional cocktails are just another reason that Avenue is like no other event venue in the Upstate for weddings and corporate events alike.

Designed by renowned Atlanta architect Keith Summerour, Avenue celebrates its cosmopolitan context with a smart, fresh and relevant aesthetic. The premier venue, which opened in April 2017, can accommodate up to 200 for seated events and 400 for receptions and boasts state-ofthe-art technology, abundant parking, a spacious bridal suite and an outdoor terrace that greets guests in a green oasis with panoramic views across the downtown cityscape to the Blue Ridge Mountains.
