Creative agency Brains on Fire announces successful transfer of ownership

Creative agency and certified B Corporation, Brains On Fire Inc., has announced the successful transfer of ownership from Founder and President Robbin Phillips, to Chief Financial Officer, Brandy Amidon, and Los Angeles Principal, Benjamin Hart. The transfer was officially conferred on December 31, 2018, and retains the company’s additional founding partners, Greg Cordell and Greg Ramsey.
