Columbia, SC

• Tommy Johnson, Hunter Suggs and Thomas Beard represented Palmetto Cooperative Services, LLC in the sale of 21,000 square feet of industrial space at 7618 N. Woodrow Street in Irmo to Compuzone, Inc. for $700,000.

Greenville, SC

• Frank Hammond, CCIM represented T & J Rental Properties Partnership in the sale of a 10,000-square-foot retail/office center at 5600 Augusta Road in Greenville for $423,000 to SAM Real Estate Group, with plans to convert two end caps into a Domino’s Pizza restaurant.
• Scott Burgess and Lance Byars represented American Realty Capital Properties in the lease of retail space at 108 Station Drive (Anderson Station) in Anderson to Time Warner Cable.
• Scott Burgess and Lance Byars represented the landlord in the lease of 2,400 square feet of retail space at The Shoppes at Gower in Greenville to Compounding Solutions.
• Scott Burgess and Lance Byars represented the landlord in the lease of 1,300 square feet of retail space at Publix at Thornblade to Wild Birds Unlimited.
