Greenville industrial property sells

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 101 Pelham Davis Circle in Greenville, South Carolina.
Augusta Arbor LLC purchased the 32,000 square foot light manufacturing property situated on 4.0 acres from Jason Industrial Inc. for $1,600,000 as a new facility for their Greenville operations. This allows Augusta Arbor to continue to meet the demands of their customers with the additional square footage.
